External/Dust Jacket Condition: Two Volume Set. These books are scarce. Volume 1 - Books 1-12, Volume 2 - Books 13-24. The leather-bound boards have some wear and rubbing to the corners and edges, the corners are torn, some general surface wear and splitting along the spine, however the binding is robust. The spine is worn and rubbed with some surface wear, tears and chipping, the titling on the spine of volume one is flakey.

Internal Condition: The endpapers are grubby and foxed. The edges of the pages are grubby and there is some infrequent foxing throughout. The fore-edges are marbled.
