External/Dust Jacket Condition: The book has been rebounded as a hardback, and the boards are in excellent, clean and bright condition.

Internal Condition: There is a fold-out map of Okehampton castle which has a small crease along the edge, but this does not affect the content or integrity of the fold-out map, which is otherwise excellent and clean. Furthermore, there is a fold-out map at the rear of the book, which has a repaired tear along the edge, the left-hand edge is slightly creased and chipped from where the book has been closed but overall, clean and in very good condition. Some minor foxing on the title page. Some additions have been made very neatly in pen on pages 40-42, otherwise, the book is very good, clean, and complete.
