External Condition: The dust jackets are chipped and creased to the corners and edges. Volume 2 is faded on the spine. Volume 1 is stained and grubby.

Internal Condition: The top edge of the text block, of both volumes, are slightly foxed. Volume 1 is foxed and spotted on the first and last few pages, as well as infrequently on the pages edges. Volume 2 is foxed on the rear endpaper, otherwise excellent and clean.
